			<description>&#60;p&#62;I'll second Patrick on Protege. The interface isn't the most intuitive, but it's really well documented. If you can &#60;a href=&#34;http://protege.stanford.edu/doc/owl/getting-started.html#open_example&#34;&#62;make a pizza&#60;/a&#62;, you can use Protege.&#60;/p&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I've only done this from the semantic web angle, but &#60;a href=&#34;http://protege.stanford.edu/&#34;&#62;Protege&#60;/a&#62; is great for it. Depending on needs, especially output needs, it might be close enough to help with managing stuff.
