&#60;p&#62;The &#60;a href=&#34;http://contactform7.com/2009/11/24/file-uploading-and-attachment/&#34;&#62;documentation says it does!&#60;/a&#62; Full disclosure -- I've never worked with any WP form plugins.  But given what you're describing and what I'm seeing in the CF7 docs, it's probably worth a try.

&#60;p&#62;I don't think contact form 7 allows uploads, does it? I had not looked at wordpress plugins, though. hmmmm....&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;A little more context: I'm on a committee that will be awarding a scholarship, and we are looking for a way to collect the applications - so in addition to filling out a form, the user will have to upload a resume and potentially other files. Software that handles employment applications would probably work, but I can't find a free solution for that.
