I have used the "Yet Another Related Posts Plugin" in WordPress. Have you tried searching the WordPress plugin directory for phrases like "related posts" or "similar posts?" There are tons of these plugins floating around!
If there's something very specific you're trying to accomplish, you might spell that out in case it jogs anyone's memory!
