Hi all,
Is anyone aware of DH projects that are working with de Tocqueville's "Democracy in America"?
I'm curious about exploring the idea, and have not found any current projects so far. Any leads would be appreciated.
I'm interested in contacting potential collaborators, but Im not ready to post on DHCommons.

The ARTFL Project (http://artfl-project.uchicago.edu/) at Chicago (see also: http://artfl-project.uchicago.edu/content/words-director for more background) has the Gallimard edition of Democracy in America and several more de Tocqueville texts in its FRANTEXT database (http://artfl-project.uchicago.edu/node/23). You (or your institution) will need subscription to access it since the same database also includes material under copyright.
ARTFL has a long tradition of working closely with researchers outside of Chicago. Their Assoc. Director is Mark Olsen and is best reached by email at <markymaypo57@gmail.com>.
