I am in search of some assistance from a programmer who can help to design an interface for the Digital Dickens Working Notes Project, a digital edition of Charles Dickens's working notes for his novels that aims to highlight the process of Dickens's serial novel form (more info available at http://dickensnotes.com). My institution has no digital humanities center or support, nor do we have graduate students in computer science, so I need to search elsewhere for programming assistance. Any advice about how to go about finding a programmer who might be able to help with this project would be much appreciated.
