I am transcribing and marking up medieval Hebrew manuscripts, and have encountered a phenomenon that the general TEI guidelines do not provide for. Can people recommend good examples of marked up texts or sites that exemplify best practices?
[The problem in brief: Some of the scribes use larger text for headings or labels and these displace text in the line below. Presumably this is marked with @rend on the elements in question, but I am at a loss for an efficient way to do this.]
