I'm helping a local campus division start a community website and wondering if anyone has good models, project plans, best practices, etc. for content management...specifically from the "how-do-I-make-sure-this-About-page-stays-current-or-this-guest-blog-post-is-timely-and-postworthy" side of things.
In other words: what kind of management structure works best for the creation, submission, vetting, user-account admin'ing, content-wrangling aspect of web development?
