I vaguely remember seeing a browser tool, probably a Firefox extension, that allows one to create step-by-step documentation where the user has a bit more control than just a static set of instructions and images (like ScreenSteps). Does this ring any bells for anyone (or do you have other suggestions)?

Replying to @Stéfan Sinclair's post:
It wasn't IORAD - The Instructional Appliance that you have in mind, was it? It is a web-based interactive tutorial tool, I remember checking it out after it was posted to Hacker News sometime early last year.

Thanks Richard. I'm having trouble reaching the IORAD server at the moment, but I'll keep trying. The interface I remember had a (right) sidebar in the browser, which leads me to believe it was an browser extension. I'll post back here if I ever find it.
