Best AnswerThe images showing up are called Gravatars (Globally Recognized Avatars). You can sign up for an account at http://en.gravatar.com/ . Then, upload your image there, and it will appear on any site that uses gravatars. WordPress and Drupal have plugins, and so you'll see them frequently in the blogosphere.
